@@freshplayz2709 I love the changes they made to him bc now he isn’t brain dead. He’s a read character that means you gotta think about your opponents movement. He has whiff on miss for his jab so he can’t spam it like before.
Harley shaggy smith ww rick top 5. Raven and arya tied for top of A tier. Raven sair and upair will get nerfed, same with criminal perma rage mode. Other than that list is solid af. I been learning marvin cause it was a mu i struggled with on Morty, mostly cause id only play exoticzah or 1trickwootang but still hes actually really fun to play. Surprising.
@@RivensOP his Marvin is nasty for sure. I been watching you since you started uploading and it's actually insane how much your Morty is improving... If Morty gets some well deserved kill power in the 4.5 patch you're gonna be master no prob imo
Powerpuff girls are definitely not that high anymore, all their combo potential got robbed and they don't do nearly enough damage considering almost all of their moves are much more difficult to hit now, honestly i'd put them at low B tier (top 300 PPG player).
Tom with combos? What combos? Tom is not that good. His combo game has been completely destroyed and his moves are way too slow to combo anything, his stun is practically non existent and his paddle ball damage does damage but without a reliable way of killing that damage goes to waste.
@@RivensOP okay, doesn’t mean the characters good, you can make any character good if you are incredible at the game, doesn’t mean the character itself is strong.
@@RivensOP well I will definitely say this, as a mage Tom does his job well, he gets people nervous with his barrage of different projectiles and a lot of stage control with Jerry being very tricky with his projectiles help a lot, the only problem is the face to face with characters, he suffers a lot from slow attacks that don’t combo together at all, and the lack of kill moves hurts him a lot, I would say he is a high B at least, he has a lot of strengths but in this meta, his weaknesses are just too much.

Finn is in a pretty decent spot, I'd say low A top of B. He has 0TD's but they aren't true anymore and that's the best part.

@@joseapodaca8819 I can work with High B, I still think his projectiles are very powerful none the less... Stupid criminal hitboxes as well
