BigHit announced that Hobi filed to terminate his military exemption today, so he's going to enlist next. Knowing him, Hobi definitely planned like a 100 things in advance to make his absence lighter but something about not having Jin and Hobi content at the same time makes me feel a bit sad since they're our energizers. Honestly I'm glad it's going to take only 2 years though because it would take much longer for a group of 7. I've been into them for 6 years now, 2 years of them doing their own thing and having breaks and enlisting is something I can handle though I'll be a bit sad about not waking up to their regular posts as long as they're healthy and happy I don't mind their absence. Like Jungkook's live after he went off of social media for 3 months and he talked about how he's just enjoying life made me so much happier than any post and content they could've posted.
