    Use a successful convienience store in your area as your base model for products, layout, display, etc. Copy success. Don't try to reinvent it...

    Can you make a video on what order I should do everything? I don’t know if I should look for a location first or get my permits first

      it's probably better to have a location in mind first because some of your permits will require information about your location.

      How do u get financing to purchase or open one they said I need to be in business for two years to get a loan I don't a have any assets besides my car but I have great credit and have monthly income I have been thinking about maybe getting credit cards and max them out to purchase it but the interest rate may be to high if u have any ideas I would much appreciate it I'm tired of working for somebody and want to build something that I can leave for my future family

      @@jamesgradys3885 I bought my first one thru owner financing. Go knock doors and ask current convenience stores if they would be willing to sell. Many businesses are hard to sell and owners will usually sell them thru owner financing with a small down payment.

      @@jamesgradys3885 it depends whatever deal you work with the owner. Some owner may be desperate to retire and may not ask for much.
