I need your help Dr. I just found out I have hip dysplasia. I have had a labrum tear for 5 years and other issues that developed, I was looking into getting the labrum tear addressed with another surgery when i got the heartbreaking news of hip dysplasia. I am 38, starting to develop arthritis, my kids are little and very active, I am an athlete and trainer. I don't want to stop my lifestyle. :(

What did you end up doing?

I had a total hip replacement in September. Walking normal, but still working on strengthening the muscles affected by the surgery.
