Hey, I can give you a rough estimate of what I spent, though this will vary depending on how you split the drive and where you stay.
Hotels came to Rs 22k (roughly 7k a night at really good hotels)
Fuel cost was around Rs 8k
      Toll were about Rs 1.5k
So you should probably budget around Rs 30 thousand for the drive (one way)

Hello Nishmanya. I wanted a suggestion and it's my humble request to kindly read this comment. I'm a government servant from rajasthan and buying my second car( currently driving Swift vdi). I have selected the Skoda Kushaq 1.5 Sportsline DSG at around 17 Lakhs( BH registration). Is it a good option now??. 🙏

Hi Sunidhi, the Kushaq 1.5 with the DSG is a great car especially if you self drive, and honestly the Sportline variant offers almost all the features you could want in the segment.
That being said please check if the service centre nearest to is well rated (as some aren't very efficient). And I hope you've had a look at the rivals as well.

@@NBDrives yes i test drove the taigun , grand vitara and creta. Creta S O disel was good option but over 18 lakhs on road, morover didnt feel as strong. my Monthly run would be around 500-600 KM so petrol makes more sense . My concerns are regarding dsg failures and below 10 avg. And yes i self drive . There are just 2 service centres here in jaipur, dont really have their reports rn

@@sunidhisharma5737 The choice for a petrol makes sense for you, though the fuel efficiency with an automatic is very dependent on your driving style. I know people who have managed 11 maybe even 12 kpl in the city, though they are extremely light footed and patient. I personally won't be able to with my natural driving style.
DSG failure honestly shouldn't be too much of a concern as they are getting better optimised for India and if you follow good AT etiquette, it will last.
Lastly, did you try the Honda Elevate and Kia Seltos? Cause the Elevate is significantly cheaper and the Seltos is a great all-round package.

@@NBDrives seltos and creta were out because of security concern. Elevate i did try, good car but somehow the looks didnt appeal to me . Yes, i am learning about AT dynamics . Thanks for the response :)
