Honestly, another thing that would help is to stop giving them any attention. Part of the appeal of what they are doing is knowing that its pissing everyone off. It's just a syomtom of our cities problems, not a problem in of itself. They are trying to pushback. And show that they exist. Because the poor,crime ridden counties,black and white have been forgotten about In this country. and what else to they to do to have fun. All some people know is stealing. its like getting mad at a 4th generation farmer who only knows farming,and expecting them to be a lawyer.When is everyone gonna step up and do the right thing to help in this world.

They need somthing fun they can thats not illegal. As a skateboarders that grew up in the Baltimore area. I know their struggle of no having anywhere to go. Buikld them a dirtbike track or somthing. Everyone needs to have fun, but not if it endagering the public. at least give them a place to go, and if it continues theirs no reason for them to be on the streets.

In Baltimore the mayor is a Democrat. The city council president is a Democrat. The city council members are all Democrats.
The police commissioner is is appointed by city leadership. Baltimore's AG is a Democrat.
The issues in Baltimore are not due to racism. The issues are due to culture. They are also the fault of the Democratic Party.
The last Republican mayor of Baltimore left office in 1968..
