I've got the Cut-Outs on mine and love the look they provide! however i had a body shop install them, was'nt about to cut up my truck! let the professionals do that :)
Hey Bushwacker, If ya need to do another video with a WJ Limited (different lower panels) I'll donate mine to the cause...so long as I get to keep the flares ;)
I have this set of flares on my 99 wj and I put them on the only problem I had was the small black trimming that goes between the flares and the body of the jeep
Hi there, similar modification is required for the Ford Ranger Cut-Out Fender Flares. We have a PDF instruction guide available for that application on our website.
This is not information we have unfortunately, but based on the location and the number of installers in your area they would likely be competitive on labor time
Nope not enough cutting as I see it. I have a set on the way so we'll see. I wish the cuts would also extend to the upper portion of the wheel well arch in order to allow for more up wheel travel. Hopefully we can modify the install to include the upper arch cuts.

+Kolby Gines Hey there, according to the instruction guide it ranges from 1 3/4 in the front and 3 3/4 in the rear of the front wheel well and 2 1/2 in the rear wheel well. www.bushwacker.com/sites/default/files/product-instructions/20011_r3_5.pdf
If I premoted the bushwacker brand with my jeep grand Cherokee by having it covered with bushwacker decals and graphics would you guys give me a set of bushwhacked fender flares. I will never remove the decals and it's a nice looking 1995 jeep grand Cherokee. I live in a 4x4 loving town and nobody has fender flares, if I premoted the Bushwacker name.. Within a month every rig in my town would be sporting bushwacker gear
Sheet Metal Trimming ????? NO WAY you are butchering a nice body on permanently.... Why BushWhacker doesn't make the easy install for this vehicle ?? VERY BAD

Putting that trim on was time consuming.
32" on a stock suspension will be tight, and there may be slight rubbing.

that dude has got skill! He did a good job, clean work!
Is it possible these can fit on a fender if more is cut away then the instructions say?

Yes you can, the WJ pictured at the beginning of the video has a 4" lift with 33" tires.
What size tires can you upgrade to when getting these? Can you do 32
After doing the cutout and the fender flares, how big a tire can I get to fit?
just a question, with this mod , plus only a 2 inch lift , what tire size would I be looking at being able to fit
what did you apply after cutting those metal

This can be avoided by using a compound like Rust-Oleum to cover the trim lines
Would be nice to run 35" tires with a 4" lift with out insane bump stop lengths.
The purpose of the Cut-Outs is to open the wheel well for oversized tires that need more room to flex.
im looking to install the cut-out fender flares in my 2004 ford Ranger- 4x4 supercab. do i have to do any metal fab?
Whats the black stuff thats beening pasted on there afterwards just silicone or is it a fiberglass or bondo resin of some kind??????
***** its just seam sealer 3m most likely
travismechanic I used a black roofing caulk on my XJ...4 years later i took off the flares and scraped it back, zero rust.
can you fit 33s with a 3 inch lift and these cut out fenders? or do you absolutely need a 4 inch lift?
I'm hoping with this cut out mod plus only a 2 inch lift hopefully 33s will fit
roy stevo do you have an update available?
