WHY TAEMIN IS THE GREATEST PERFORMER IN KPOP
Tae is so great as a dancer because he has le physique du role with his long limbs and lean body, he has an aplomb, great quality of movement, elegant and beautiful body line when dancing, he's so expressive and gives a lot of emotion on stage, has creativity and musicality. He is versatile stylistically, has excellent balance, he is very coordinated like when he did the kick on the ground stood up turned and landed on his feet in drip drop, a dancer has to be flexible, elastic, energetic and naturally very gifted to do that in two seconds like Tea did. Thats why it's so hard for other dancers to cover his mv because Taemin does so many fast steps and movements in the original coreography impossible for average dancers to do. Taemin has a quality that only natural dancers have, they makes difficult steps look easy, when they are in the center, the perfomance looks flawless because their dancing body line is so elegante. Look at Tea's accents in press your number, how he occupy the space and dances big, thats why his dance is artistry. His sweet voice has also matured with Press it comeback and is now at the level of a main vocalist. He is so fluid in Thirsty, Move and Want mvs, his musicality in Famous and in SuperM performance video with Kai and Ten makes me stare in Awe. Taemin is an etoile among idols. Lee Soon man knew what he was doing when he put in the center of the most talented group in his company a 14 year old boy who self taught himself dancing. He saw raw Diamond that he helped to become the most wanted idol by other groups and companies. As Heechul said "Everybody in Sm loves Taemin so much because he is a Jewel that walked in to the building on a saturday morning in 2005 and staffs are still till today mesmerised by how humble and hard working Tae is".

I see Taemin's influence in his backup dancers. What I love best is in his WANT video he has all women as backup, meaning he's with the times and recognizes women dance just as well, if not better than men. Love this guy.

Interestingly, their choreography leans neither masculine nor feminine, but is a perfect blend of both.
Totally suits Taemin, who also perfectly embodies masculine and feminine energy.

I am almost angry at the MV -- who the hell edited this? NCT Dream has some great videos out right now of them dancing individually or in pairs and you get to see what dynamic and amazing dancers they are. And they aren't, in my opinion anywhere near Taemin's level of artistry. Taemin deserves better than this chopped up mess. I want to see his legs, his entire body and his god-given talent on full display -- the dancing is so thrilling yet the producers think that only a bunch of quick-cut editing will make him exciting. Shame on this production. The choreography and dancing is terrific and totally hacked to pieces as if a serial killer put this together. I feel like I leave this comment on every one of his videos, but it is because the realization hits me over the head again and again with every mv I watch. I ADORE how he uses both male and female backup dancers. There is something about it that feels kind of intense and dangerous, because it feels very united. Like, it feels like there isn't a split between idol and backups, but that they are a group of friends (gang, squad, whatever) and they trust each other enough to have each other's backs. That each backup dancer proved their chops to be there, and so what does it matter what gender they are? And that they all do the same moves? Wicked.
hehe maybe take a look at the choreographer of this song? Rikimaru Chikada. Everywhere these people touched are full of talents and their expressions are just phenomenon

I saw him live and let me tell you, even though Stray Kids, (G)I-dle, Wanna One and EXO were also there, he certainly stood out the most!!

I wasn’t fully into k-pop that time so I didn’t really noticed it but a friend of me (who also dragged me to a BTS concert also in Berlin and made me a k-pop fan from there on) was so close on also buying tickets for that concert for both of us but didn’t because I wasn’t a fan back than and she couldn’t drag me with her to two concerts.
But until today I didn’t know the full line up. This makes me really regret not getting into k-pop sooner >.<
But yeah, I can imagine that feeling, I felt and am still feeling the same because of that BTS concert. But you got to see so many different groups, I’m sure that’s making it even better :D

After the news about Super M, now I’m wondering if Famous is Taemin’s last solo comeback for a while. He’ll probably be super busy with Super M (promoting in Korea & the US!) and then also with SHINee when they return. I was 100% expecting Taemin to tour the US sometime this year but as a solo artist! I’m honestly skeptical about Super M and am worried about the ripple effect it’ll have on other SM artists (mainly the other members of EXO, SHINee, NCT 127, and WayV) and am definitely curious about how Taemin feels about the whole thing. *BUT* unless I hear from him that he’s unhappy, I will *ALWAYS* support & respect Taemin, whether he’s SHINee’s maknae, Super M’s hyung, a solo artist, or even a Younique subgroup member. So proud of his continued hard work over many years. Fighting! 💜💚💎
