- UK-based pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca has reportedly admitted for the first time that its Covid vaccine can cause rare side effects. In a legal filing submitted to a UK court, AstraZeneca admitted that Covishield can cause, in rare cases, a condition that leads to blood clots and low platelet count. The Pharma Company’s admission comes as a result of a class action lawsuit filed by families alleging the vaccine of caused deaths and severe injuries
