📍 These apartment options are all in Taipei City. 👀 Watch other apartment and renting videos here: ruclips.net/p/PL3GlGdBHVIjfsH0bwzjJ8ec_e4H341HAr&si=eoYBrohARJEynb-t 🙏🏽 Thank you for watching and supporting. You are awesome!
Your videos have been a gold-mine for me this morning. Thank you. Just curious, besides the distance and needing to travel to the main city, is there any real drawback not living in Teipei and choosing New Taipei?
Thanks for watching mate that’s awesome! Not really, if anything, sometimes you don’t know the difference as you could be only 2 minutes metro ride away from officially being in ‘Taipei’. So for example, although I’m almost at the top of red line mrt, I’m officially only around 20mins away from Taipei. Xindian bottom of green line is officially around 10-12 minutes mrt ride away from Taipei. It can be a bit more humid in places like Tamsui and xindian. Renting prices are more expensive in Taipei, Tamsui are still cheaper. Same as food in certain restaurants (mostly local). If you are social and like bars / clubs, then most of the action is in the city, but again referring back to the distance, it doesn’t take long to get anywhere and there are also many places to socialise throughout all areas - taxis are reasonable price. If I want to go to Yuanshan for a drink, it’s around 400nt in taxi to get back to Tamsui district… not bad at all 🤙🏽
