Next time you can put the pizza in the fridge while the oven preheats & put the dough on a baking sheet if you have one. Thick glass doesnt conduct heat as well.

You should have used sunflower oil or just regular oil instead of olive oil, as olive oil has both strong taste and scent so it's mainly used with savory food not desserts
i have so many questions as a mediterranean person….. why did you put olive oil in the cereal dough???? how can you make mozzarella from scratch like it’s made from buffala milk hahah and WHY the olive oil and salt with ICECREAM??????
You added too much flour to your pizza dough. It is so tempting to do. Keep it up though and use cast iron skillet. We make some to die for pizza at home!

You probably won’t like how the cereal tastes with olive oil😭 you should substitute it out for something sweeter like butter or milk or a neutral oil even. Like @hina_to_ya said
