Zkye, is an extremely charismatic and talented singer. With every song she sings, with every jam, there's a piece of heart that she leaves in the song, and that song becomes hers. I think that if she tried older repertoire, e.g. Tina Turner - Honky Tonk Women, or something like that, we would discover these old songs again. This is just my opinion, but it immediately reminded me of it. Zkye, you are extraordinary. If I lived closer, I would invite myself to your rehearsal to listen to it live :)
This is absolutely fantastic. What a brilliant band performance and what a vocal, not only has Zkye got an amazing voice with great character, tone, and range, she’s a great singer, her delivery, story telling and inflection is superb! I’ve been a big Melissa Etheridge fan for years, and I like this as much as the original version.

Which is a great (and required) foundation but what sets SingIt Live videos always at least a notch above other really great videos is - Darren's mixing. It's so good, so likeable, so pleasant to ears that it's simply in order to re-mention it once in a while. After all this time, I'm still impressed.
