Just came back from Chalkidiki, Greece. The majority of tourists there are from Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Albania and Turkey. The whole vacation I was replaying the memes/cursed comments in my head. Really funny to see there were exactly 0 incidents but one would think a war could break out in the middle of the beach at any given time.
Never heard of Albanian tourists in Greece. Only Albanians in Greece are either local Chams or immigrants from Tirana. For tourism most go to Spain.

the only tourists that cause us trouble are the british. balkan lads are well behaved (and can handle their alcohol, unlike some...)
Chalkidiki is in Macedonia in Greece, so what do you mean that there were macedonian tourists? Northern Greece is Macedonia and macedonians are northern Greeks. Have you mixed up geography? They are not different countries.
Case in point. If you want an incident, then next time you are in Greece, ask a Greek if they have ever visited Macedonia. Even better if you do it in Chalkidiki. You will see a transition from utter confusion to utter rage. Very likely that you will be thrown into the sea. You can also tell them something like " I visited all balkan countries except Macedonia"..just act as if like macedonia is a diffrent country. Will work like a charm.
Hopefully you didnt go around in Chalkidiki, saying "Macedonian tourists", or you probably gave every poor Greek a stroke imo.
