Great stuff Dan!! I have never heard of the trilogy before but one of my favorites in my collection is the Lone Wolf and Cub series so I will have to check into that.👍
Morning Dan. I got the special edition of The Krays from Second Sight. It's a nice set and a great film. I couldn't watch it for decades cause I don't like bullying but when it was announced I knew I'd be ok with it. Vertical Limit is great until they are in the ice cave and you can't see their breath. Though if the cave is warm enough I guess you wouldn't. Of course you can stay warm and survive in a snow hole. That book looks amazing. Not sure I'll get only because space is non existent here now. Take it easy mate. Trev
Another great video Dan. That book is lovely. I have to say though I actually prefer the Kemp brothers Krays movie over Legend. Legend was good but lacked the grittiness of that 90’s version. Just my opinion of course 🙂
Nice picks Dan, my wife was actually offered a role in The Krays but took a job working we me and that’s how we met 🤔 if your interested in upgrading The Old Way to blu-ray, there’s a German release, take care mate👍😃👍
Nice pickups Dan, some excellent goodies there. Radiance Films is quickly rising to my Top Ten Boutique labels, they're doing so much good work with a wide variety of titles from all over the world. Definitely check out some of their Italian titles, especially the Mafia related ones, they're really good. I'm actually a little behind on my Japanese films as of late, slowly rectifying that though. I agree with your thoughts on the Bruceploitation genre, it felt more like shameless cash grabs rather than honestly honoring Bruce Lee and his legacy. I will say though a couple of the actors involved in the genre really did look like they could've been Lee's twin or younger brother. Nicolas Cage in a Western is a little odd, but I'm willing to give him a chance at it. Take care and speak to you soon.
Haha Classic nightmare maker there Dan pretty good film for what it is and certainty inspired a lot of future psycho in law/ lover films. Bruce lee was my 1st love of movies i was obsessed with his films cheers mate great vid 👍
I watched Fist of legend again the other night, what a great film it is . I always preferred Sonny Chiba and Jackie Chan over Bruce, what a shame we didn't get more from him. Take care mate 👍
Thank you Dan for another update.
Great pickups, buddy. The Krays is on my hitlist, so I kight get it this weekend
Great pick-ups Dan. Yeah Chopper definitely has plenty of dark humour and one liners that have almost become vernacular in Australia!
