You can use a car with a very flat front (like the P1 or FXX Evo) to carry the old womand and the cows. For that, you just need to drive slowly backwards looking at the "objekt", wait until they start walking towards you and then drive slowly at them, they will walk on youj car. When they are on it, you can drive them to the destination they need to go, but not to fast, and they somethimes slip off, when you drive corners. But with this trick it is way faster than the normal way, maybe you have to train it a bit :)
