I at first shipped Belly with Conrad despite not reading the books, but by the sounds of it, the show is sounding more different than how the books turned out. Idc how many Bonrad fans say they’re good together, they’re not. Conrad once said that whenever he’s with belly, nothing good really ever happens. I heard Jere cheats on belly in the books (correct me if my wrong) but it seems Conrad would cheat on bells in the show based on how his character acts. I don’t see romance or sparks when it comes to those two. But with her and Jere, I see it. Even Conrad once said that he saw her as a little sister until the summer she turned pretty but w/ Jere, he’s always seen her as her, thought she was always pretty, and liked her since they were young. It makes more sense for it to be Jelly. Idc if anyone comes for me and disagrees, but… belly and jere have more chemistry when it comes to them. Jere’s perspective said it all in the recent episode that came out. We should also stop normalizing toxic love 👉👈. It’s not even love for a matter of fact, it’s just plain toxicity where you end up more hurt by one another and never really happy. Also w/ Jere, he’s always there for her, makes her happy and smiles. Even though I’ve seen people say he acts childish, it’s also a part of growing up. They’re still teens getting ready for adulthood, trying to mature and get through their mothers passing. If anything, I’ve seen Jere’s growth but not Conrad’s (ofc) - he seems to be more selfish and immature, especially when it comes to relationships. #TeamJeremiah.
In real life, Lola does not break up with Conrad, she tries to understand his feeling and gives some time to their relationship.But belly is so filmy character looking like that's why she broke up with Conrad, which is so childish. I read the book already that's why I know the ending of this series their is no love only depressIon. But acting is really good especially Lola
