Hi Observe! Fox News just released an interview with Tiktoker, Jinn Kid ( Ali Abulaban ) who killed his wife and a friend of hers after he had left his child’s tablet to record. Drove up and shot both in the head. His wife was in the process of filing a restraining order against him. Very sad and disturbing situation.

I don't know if it's specific to any regions or if it's more or less the standard approach among Asian cultures, but I've heard that in Asian countries it's believed that being aggressive towards supernatural entities can be a good way of warding them off. I can only say I've seen Chinese and South Korean investigators act aggressive and I don't remember anything about Ryan's ancestry. Did he say he is of Japanese descent in that war ship episode?
Anyway, just trying to say his attitude of acting aggressive when scared could possibly be cultural.

I actually thought it was one of the least compelling out of all the evidence. Just considering the fact that its said so quickly and only has 2 syllabals. Also comparing it (it was from the spirit box I believe) to the things heard in-person including the FBA on static cam. Plus its just cliche

Their episode ‘the haunting of Hannah Williams’ actually seemed to have the most ‘evidence’.
Did you see when thry caught a full body apparition? I can't remember the episode, but that one 100% got me.
You mentioned wondering why ghosts don’t do anything “extraordinary” as far as communicating or interacting with objects. The answer is that spirits are energy. It takes a tremendous amount of energy for them to interact at all. That’s why they will drain batteries of devices and so investigators will even bring devices with the only purpose of giving of electro magnetic energy for spirits to feed off of in order to make it easier for them to interact. To answer your question, that’s why spirits usually only do small things like knocks, touches, single words through a spirit box, etc.

You won’t convince them the thing they experienced does not exist, no matter how many times you tell them it doesn’t. It’s a waste of time and it makes you look silly to the people you’re trying to convince. Your position, however, can be swayed by your own personal experience, should you take the time to investigate.

"Lousy" literally means you can catch lice there. This might refer to head lice or "crabs" (genital lice) or both

When Ryan and Shane asked why the spirit was in the prison when they were standing by the wheelchair, the caption said "important" but I thought I heard "morphine", which threw me off when they started talking about the 54th Massachusetts regime 😳 thanks again for the fantastic video, and I can't wait for part 2! 😊

Ive mentioned it before, but the haunting of Hannah Williams is a great episode for analysis. Hannah owns a home, its haunted, the guys go in do the investigation, with a psychic medium, and then afterwards they sit Hannah down and go through the evidence. Good because its filmed half on location in darkness as the usual and half in the studio. Interestingly, Shane was ill during the episode and acts more out of character and the Medium gives messages to people, not connected to the home, but on the crew.
Can we just appreciate how lovely Megan is for a moment. I love the whole vibe they give off when they are together.

Yay!!! I'm so happy you did this one! The confidence in Ryan that dissolves without Shane is fascinating. I've also been extremely afraid and found myself being angry and aggressive in a similar way. I imagine it has something to do with feeling in control.

To anyone who wants more of Shane and Ryan ghost hunting and who hasn't seen - they're starting up a new ghost hunting show on their shared platform Watcher.
The reason why entities can only partially interact with this realm is because it takes a lot of willpower for them to do so, and most remaining spirits don't have much awareness of their situation. Demons who have been summoned would probably interact more

Yeah they need the energy. Some would for example try and pick up a chair, but if they don't have enough energy,all that would manifest would be a little bump or creak from the chair
They're also operating in a sort of different dimension or realm, for lack of better terms. It's a whole different experience than being a human. Obviously they don't follow the same laws of physics as we do.

I really really really want you to do an analysis on the Sister Wives family, but more like a comparison of their timeline. Because to me, they all seemed very happy together in season 1. But by this current season 16, they’re falling apart and just all look miserable and are always disrespecting each other. So that’s fun 🙃

Ryan and Shane are just very entertaining. I've watched all their supernatural and True Crime episodes. I miss those. And Logan and Megan are also very entertaining to watch and I've definity have learnt things.
It takes so much energy for a spirit to move things and to speak. They can drain a battery, so in a powerless place there isn’t much energy to drain.

Short sentences do pop up on audio recorders but, in my experience, you have to practically blast your eardrums out with the volume to find them. Two that showed up on my recorder on an investigation were, "I'll light the fire" and "What in the hell!". The creepiest one I've heard was a recording picked up when my sister was using her Frank's Box that said, "Who r you f'ing with!"

I think the Haunting of Hannah Williams investigation would be a really good one, bc supposedly there's less into for them going into it. It's supposed to be an active haunting site, and I'd love to see how genuine their reactions are in that one.
It takes too much energy for the spirits to do something big. Even the small things we do see, takes soooo much energy that it wipes them out. And they have to use residual energy around them to even do anything, so the more there is the stronger they can act or say. That’s just from my understanding though! I love you guys working together on these!

I've taken a tour of old city jail and part of it involved the guide closing a heavy, loud door. The sound combined with the after image of someone's camera flash scared me senseless
