I think that 14-15 is appropriate for eyeliner, mostly because that's the ages when you can get a job (in america atleast), and irs more like experimenting with what works for you at a young age, so you know what makeup works for you, so you don't look like a clown trying it for the first time at 16!

Sabre, a little tip for the white eye liner, I think you got to hard and dry of a liner that it won’t apply any pigment without needing a lot of pressure. You need a softer liner what’s more buttery than waxy. You need to get a cream eyeliner, the best one to get is the NYX Professional Makeup Jumbo Eye Pencil in the shade Milk. You will also need the sharpener for it but you get a lot more out of it than any other liner and it will apply way more smoothly and you get bold white waterlines. I’d also recommend applying it before mascara so you can cover up any white that got on your lashes from the pencil.

I think Naz can wear basic makeup products like blush,highlighter, and lipgloss, but she shouldn’t wear eyeliner, concealer and foundation yet as her skin is still clear and is not at the age where she NEEDS those products.

Naz was so happy when Sabre said "nails" it looked like poor Naz thought she was getting acrylic nails, when she got them all done she showed them off and looked disappointed because she didnt get what she wanted, I'm the same age as Naz we have the same birthday and i have a part time job so i get a little bit of money, maybe if Naz you save up you can convince your parents to let you get acrylic, thats what i have done, im getting some next weekend just by saying ill pay for them.
