基本的に腎臓の機能が正常なら、医学的にはむくみませんよ。ただ水中毒という病態があって、水をどんどん飲んでしまう病気の人がいます。その人は少なくとも5l以上は飲みます。　飲み物を飲むことによって、体重が増えているのなら飲み過ぎです。そういう人は血液検査をすると血が薄まっています。
