      Kevin Hudson those were some great shows. I kept up with him back then and went to as many shows as I could. I’m now retired and going to start catching shows again.

    guess this is Dave with the Tennessee Hat Band --My god he was a rare talent in 1975 and Billy Sherill thought he had the next Hank Williams... well he had a outlaw to produce but never to reach his potential ....sorry DAC but it's true

    • @jimivon1858
      @jimivon1858 6 лет назад +1

      baddbuoy1 the hat band was a hot band , Fred and diamond Jim still get together here and there .

    DAC was and is a hella good song writer..he made a lot of people a lot of money who recorded his songs and did OK himself from royalties eventually. Made some money on The Ride. I have seen this guy live many times. I work in the industry or shall i say did back then. He is a terrible musician and most of his bands are slightly better than bar acts if that. It is what it is though. He is DAC. and yea..he did write them songs.

      His band back in the 70s and early 80s were top notch

    • @Rangerman69420
      @Rangerman69420 2 года назад +1

      Yeah I agree for the most part but the Tennessee hat band which we see here was definitely top notch. I don't know much about David or any of the bands that he had backing him but it seems like he definitely had real potential in the mid 70s.

    Coe is the only man who can make a hit song about being called out of name, while at the same time having two complete albums that refuse to see women or black people as human.

      He was friends with Shel Silverstein in Key West. He convinced him to record at least the first X rated album.
