Chadha, in his address to the Rajya Sabha, condemned the Central government's failure to secure the country's education system in the past decade. Chadha said that there are two "IPLs" in the country - one which is the Indian Premier League and the other is the "sinister Indian Paper Leak", which is jeopardising the future of millions of young aspirants. The speaker is so biased that he wouldn't let him to address those important factors that we need to look after. If important topics aren't discussed and put forward some irrelevant discussions what's the use of Parliament then?
