Mike Williams That's what is was thinking. He is the expert who k owe how to pick her up properly. With a couple of practice sessions I could do that!! Women like her get too much credit. Plus, she is slim and is a mum! Never ! Not all mum's are overweight !

The woman on the other side has to jump into his arms and more or less over him, while using all of her body muscles to stay in the right position. It's not that easy to be lifted like that since it can only be done with a good body tension! So that lift (just like most lifts) can only work when both of them work together.
Jessica Biel is a very good Dancer loved her entrance! She is beautiful and pulling off dance move in those heels says a lot about her talent and abilities! Twitch was outstanding and must have dancing background !

you should watch some of his clips from so you think you can dance he was on his first season and then came back season after season to help out he is fantastic at almost any style of dance and he has been in many dance movies and is a choreographer too . his wife is also from sytycd and is one of the pros on dwts sometimes. He is awesome personality wise too!
