    Can The displacement map interact with object collision?

      verry late ,reply, hopefully this can help you or someon else in the future. you can make it work with object collisions by selecting your displaced object, then go to modify>convert>displacement to polygons. then it should work just fine with object collison. hope this helped!

      He's using the redshift nodes, plus it even says redshift as his renderer in the render viewer.
