Well done Thomas, some very clever ways indeed, to sort the valves!

Worked for me...no training means lateral thinking and lots of mistakes too!

The way i did this my m93 engine was to remove the keeper on the valve and attach fuel line to the small end, put metal polish, and put that to my power drill and it also works very well, even if the seal is terrible. You said your hit and miss engine from Eachine hat terrible bearings (which is true), i ended up greasing them since i don't have the tools and it has been very reliable.

Great advice thanks Jax both ideas sound really good and I will try the valve one when I need to

Thank you for this tip. I think it'll be useful to me.
When are you sure the valve and the seat fit perfectly together ?
Any reason why you don't use an electric screwdriver ?

Hi V Del thanks for your reply. I dont use an electric screwdriver becuse I don't have one but it would be perfect for this I think. When do you know it's done.?..As a guide, with brass valves / seats it will be quite quick if the problem isn't severe. I didn't do it quite long enough in this demo but it's about halfway there. So, use an electric screwdrive for a few minutes and try that. I think perhaps its hard to overdo it unless you really do it at speed for ages it on a drill press... I did that on the em2 micro motor with brass valves and seats and it was fine. So, hard to stuff it up I think! 😁😁

@@ThomasPCGuruENGINES Thank you Thomas. I'm trying to build my own one-cylinder tiny gas engine and how to do this job was a question i couldn't answer clearly.
      A lot of work left...

Good content but not a fan on the elevator music

all feedback valued...one important consideration for me for youtube vids is that the music is copyright free and inoffensive. And I thought, slightly old fashioned music for slightly old fashioned engines. But I can put some music in the next vid as a special request from you...wotcha like - polka? thrash metal? rap? :)
