Used to watch these shoes all the time back in The seventies and early eighties and loved watching them a lot. I already have the season one and two set of the family show I just need the next three seasons to complete the collection of the series from 1976-1980. They are great to watch over and over. They were one of my favorites.
Though I used to watch Family frequently, I had not seen all of the episodes. In series 1, Nancy was expecting a second baby (while still married to Jeff), but it never again was referenced. Later, there was an episode where Jeff and Nancy, by ten divorced, intended to marry again - and this episode makes it appear that they not only are going to remarry but will have another child. I cannot recall that the story line was further pursued.
I always got the impression that in the pilot episode, Nancy either did not have a confirmed pregnancy OR she ended up aborting that baby. Since it was never mentioned, I think that she was never actually confirmed by a doctor and just maybe thought she was pregnant. Now if I'm not mistaken, and based on Buddy's age (15), this episode is from season 3, Nancy and Jeff reconnected kinda quickly after their divorce.
Deborah Chapman his name is Clark Brandon. He’s nearly 61 now. His last acting role was in 1989. I believe he became a director. I remember when he was on the cover of all of the teen magazines.

...but what I don't get is why this episode is titled, "and baby makes 3". If they already have Timmy, then the title doesn't makes sense.
