Cozy Fall Vlog 🍂 | Autumn Vlog | Day in my Life
Enjoy autumn days with wonderful fall routines, where if you enjoy fall baking recipes, then i will show you how to make a marble cake as it is one of my favourite fall routines. Another autumn routine is one of my favourite autumn recipes, sausage tray bake and this is my first attempt at doing a cook with me section.
This cozy autumn vlog also includes some autumn crafts where I show you how I built my hedge hog house. I'm so excited for you to spend the day with me, so grab your favourite drink, get warm and cozy, and lets spend some time together.

SAUSAGE TRAY BAKE RECIPE (my attempt at remembering)
Ingredients:
Parsnips, Carrots, Potatoes, Salt, Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Sausages, Honey
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Rough Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 220C (electric) and heat 2 trays of oil in oven for around 20 minutes or until hot
2. Chop carrots and parsnips into even long batons (leave skin on)
3. Chop potatoes into small chunks (leave skin on)
4. Boil veg for roughly 15-20 mins or until soft but not cooked
5. Bash potatoes and transfer into oil (be careful, might spit back at you) and cook for around 40 mins stirring half way through
6. Coat carrots and parsnips in honey, salt & pepper
7. Transfer carrots and parsnips into oil (be careful, might spit back at you) and cook for around 30 mins stirring half way through
8. Meanwhile, brown sausages off in the pan until part cooked
9. Transfer sausages into the veg tray, coating in the honey. Cook for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
