Competition is good. Especially if they are successful and bring the cosmetic price down.
When it comes to mobile though it messes with the comp scene so much it’s annoying. Doubt they care though since they’ll end up owning both games regardless of how either performers.

Not always. Sometimes competition CAN make it worse. Imagine if the market had and you need atleast $60 to pay for expenses, make new updates and profit. If someone joins the scene and takes more than $40 you will be either losing money or making it a worse experience for the users

If there was truly a business with monopoly, they'd be free to set the price according to themselves unchecked by any competitors.
@@Vezaiho The case for it been bad in live services is people can only consume so much and likely both games will have expensive cosmetics either way. So what it does it divide players and then one of the games dies. Usually it's the lower quality game but if you enjoyed that one more for whatever reason sucks to be you and nvm if you spent money in that game to now just lose the game and those cosmetics.
Competition is good usually. But there is a limit to live service games in the market, many are doomed to be failed outcomes for not only the company but the players. It's the same with subscription services it's not a good thing to have 10 different streaming platforms because customers simply just can't handle it.
Another note is you would rather and be better off typically paying a higher price for one thing than paying for multiple things that all add up anyway to that.

One of my favorite Valorant "clones" is X8, which is basically Valorant in VR but if they tossed the abilities and agents in a blender and added a bit of original spice.
As an example: Shinya (a playable hero in X8) has Jett Dash, Pheonix Flash, and Neon Ult that gives up the finger blasting for quite footsteps. Sounds pretty unoriginal... but then his Signature ability is a fqing sword that will one-shot anything in melee range and can put up a temporary shield.

I tried aceforce 2, surprisingly, its actually fun! I despised games that copy each other but when i play aceforce2, it felt like it has its own flavour. But the gameplay is exactly like valorant. Other than that, its fun tho

Id think that valorant is different enough from csgo to not be called a copy. Sure, the main goal is the same, but thats pretty much the only thing similar about them. I think the fact that there are different agents speaks enough for itself
@@lium24 You think only the goal is the same? What about the weapons? Literally every weapon is copied from CS, and given a different name, with also 2 tiers of armor. Same gameplay with A and B, the bomb CT and T, just that they also added C site on some maps. The ONLY different thing is that there are different agents, and more minor things like skins. I'm not saying it's a bad game, but it's a very obvious copy with slightly different gameplay

The phantom is the m4a4/a1 the vandal is AK47 the operator is just AWP the sherif is deagle etc, all of them work very similarly. None of the other shooter games that I know of aren't nearly as similar to CS. Valorant is literally a case of "you can copy my homework, but don't make it look obvious" and then the homework:

The way they have done the gun skins in the first game reminds me of CoD Mobile. They have an animation when you buy it as well as the fact its a "gacha" type thing and not a simple "buy this singular skin". The way its designed as well is very similar to CoD Mobile skin gachas too which I found really funny
Ace force 2 is actually made by Morefun which is a Tencent Games Studio so lawsuits will be very unlikely.

I think its funny. But Aceforce2 was bette than HyperFront when I played the test. The animations where on point, and the graphics were more unique. I think it's good because there isn't any good hero shooters on mobile and people are tired of waiting for riot, so why not have something else instead?

i read a news that riot planned to release val mobile with tencent, but then riot decided to take over full of it's development from tencent so they would make the game from scratch.......and i think that is because you know......i'ts just my opinion....but it's because riot doesn't want to share the profit with riot (just maybe alright), and for that tencent maybe again had some of the assets of the remain from the val mobile development so tencent along with it's division morefun studios......they decided to release aceforce 2, and they planned to release it arround september or october this year so they steal the head start and hype from val mobile.....
from what i experienced from playing the open beta i think most of you opinion on your video was right....like even they had the orb collect thingy mechanics to get your ult activated early and surprisingly it runs smoothly, even tho the graphics are so good......

There are comparison videos showing they literally copied. In fact, they even copy from their own games. Search Zeri and Neon from both games. :D
