Did you find the wall fact by yourself? (I did find it out while testing but if you find it on your own than gg, requires a lot of attention to find that one out) Also yes, red walls work differently with players and do not take into account stats, so a maxed spike can survive 3 red wall hits

yeah, i found it while playing magic maze and a egg touched the wall.at first i thought i saw it wrong but after trying it out it actually worked
