Yep, and pirates have to do so much logistics every 2 weeks that they either have to have many bases right now, or need to move stuff constantly. Making this a 2 way road just makes it easier, and pressure is still here if they stashed ships in a nearby hs for reshipping
Good points. Perhaps a mechanic when PvP occurs in a site that the pirates win then a small chance of a cargo container dropping in the captured site with a key for travel back the other way through the shipcaster system back into Zarzahk. This may only occur after a system reaches level 2 corruption. This could avoid some of the transportation issues. Obviously it should not be an instantaneous filament effect but go to the delivery end of the ship caster and be vulnerable and unlocked though mobile while the ship caster must cycle through its systems before you get teleported back to Zarzahk. On a different note is this calling the enemy in to attack the pirates also working for the pirates to call in faction...what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Personally i prefer a solution that severely punishes the blue on blue offenders. Such as forced out of the "faction" or an LP penalty of -90% for 1 week upon the offender. Or perhaps the offenders npc ships commence neuting and attacking and the gate guns fire on them.

For the lp penalty, that is a great idea, could be that first offense starts a timer, like 12 h one, and the more you do it, the longer it gets, just like the red jump timer for using capitals works
So I'm coming back to Eve after a very long break and put my corp in FW like I did the last time I played. I do like some of the Insurgency mechanics, but I feel like most of this PVE content they've added is actively harmful for FW and has merely created new ISK faucets for multiboxers to farm. My simple solution would be to eliminate LP rewards entirely from plexes (except for battlefields), reduce the timers for capturing them and drastically increase the LP gained for killing player enemies. Cuts off the easily farmable ISK spigots and strongly encourages PVP encounters AND rewards you for winning them, so you can keep funding more PVP.
The problem with that would be that noone would want to spread insurgencies that much and they would just time out. Also, there is a limit to how much lp you get per player kills until it becomes profitable to just shoot an alt in an empty frig
Tbh, FW players need some more isk to replenish ships, and fittings, discount in FW store isnt enough. I see more to be problem those treacheries within sites, that sux big time for pvp fw, including insurgencies.
One thing to note in this video is how exceptionally well the BGM and narration are balanced
