Mosh that’s kind of the point. You can gain permanent upgrades along the way, but every run is mainly designed to be as different as possible. If you kept every item, the game would just get stale fast. You have to learn to adapt to the randomness of every run
Dead Cells is a 2 year old game. A lot of Switch games are being sold at full price, when they are just ports of old games that now cost 50% less than when they were new.
Remember when that dude had his dead cells review copied? Crazy
And turned out to be one big loser afterwords.

LOVE this game! i've probably spent more time with Dead Cells than any other action game on Switch (sorry smash bros) I own Dead Cells on multiple platforms but Switch is by far my favorite. can't wait for the DLC!

People still thinking that a game must have perfect graphics but it's wrong! A game must have perfect gameplay like dead cells.. It's absolutely must play game for all game platforms and on my top 5 list of 2018. And I'm so excited for dlc. Thanks to developers...
Congratulations, MotionTwin! Is there any chance, you to with your software (fbx-cruncher-gui)? That will be very helpful for developers, who love pixel art but can't afford to spent years on hand-drawn pixel art animation. That will help to save a lot of time. Waiting for DLC, thanks a lot!!!
P.S. We know that it is not user friendly and requires Haxe and Heaps knowledge. Btw, you made one of the most beautiful games!

An amazing experience for people who like the metroidvania style combined with rogue elements.
And the animations are insanely smooth.
I was kind of burned out on Dead Cells, and the 1.1 messed around with the balancing quite often, but I'm certainly going back in once new enemies, levels and weapons come out. Love U MT
