I installed a window ac, I get the room real cold(in the summer) Can't hear outside noise, Close thick velvet drapes. Sleep comes quickly. I n the winter, pile on beautiful bedspreads, fake mink is one. Keep heat at 55 degrees. Lots of pillows, different thickness, LOVE IT!
