My business is a week old so still experimenting to see exactly what works, but I love your Friday overflow idea. I study a language for an hour each morning, I might try doing that from bed now!

Thank you for sharing. I like your relaxing sttructure. Do you do your own bookkeeping? That is the part I struggle with. I can't afford to hire anyone right now and I'm still learning. When do you make time to go over your financials, sales projections, etc? And you do you do it together?
My husband took over the bookkeeping a VERY long time ago as part of his role in the business. I check in on our numbers at least monthly, and we make big business financial decisions together.

Sorry but I had to stop after 4 day work week was mentioned. Owning a store you don’t have this type of freedom.
