Parenting advice from a person with no kids: 1. Nothing is funny when kids are hurt. 2. Don't tell kids they're not funny. 3. Don't throw away your kids toys 4. Don't treat your kids like shit
As someone who is a lesbian and who wants kids with her future wife, this is the truest comment I’ve ever seen. Kids need nurturing and encouragement when they’re good and punishment when they’re bad. That means scoldings and time outs, not punching and hitting.
Like, if your child has done something REALLY BAD, not just not tidying up, sure, take them away temporarily, but don't just go "oh you didn't do what i asked I'm throwing your favorite thing away"
It made me sad when Mike so forcefully told Cody he isn't funny, and Cody responded with "I'm not funny?" in such a hurt and defeated voice. There are certain things that people say to you as a kid that you just don't forget.
And Cody wanted to hug scvmbag Mike and he got pushed, humiliated and mocked. + he made that "grossed out" face when Cody hugged him. He will think about that hug he despised when his 3 abusive sons abandon him in a nursing home.
If cody got a dollar for everytime he was abused, he would have enough money to move out, and buy a mansion and still have enough for a 3 course meal. Metaphor aside, and like someone else said, they abused kids for revenue and only apologised because they lost custody.
Heather's reaction to him getting a black eye: "They'll think we did it. I wonder why her mind goes there first? Cody: "My eye hurts" Mike: "Wel duh" Cody gets hugged. Considering moving home is the most stressful time of a persons life, that is not how I'd like to be woken up. 3:37 - He just smacked Cody on the face. Cringing at Heather thinking she's a gangster because she wants to throw away the toys. The way she goes about this is the usual unnecessary narcessistic shit. Showing how dominant she is. Saying how dumb Cody is. Being aggressive. Lol. Emma diregards her. Good girl. She's standing up for her brother and sees heather's shit.
+Jim Carey in the mask Emma is really smart on an emotional and social level. Girls are much more keen in that sense to begin with, and growing up with parents like this forces you to be able to predict and interpret the nuances of their mood from their smallest gestures - and the better you can do it, the better of you'll be. No one can escape the wrath of a parent like this indefinitely, so Emma has certainly received her share. But she is quite smart - and it's nice to see that she can also stand up for her brother sometimes.
Jim Carey in the mask 4:54 notice the blood on the pillow? it's Cody's blood from being abused and then "Daddy" Ofive moves the pillow so the viewers don't see how much he has being abusing Cody and the fact that he won't let Cody take his toys to his new house is sad

5:28 honestly started kind of heartwarming, with Mike telling Cody not to worry about what others think. This is, of course, quickly ruined by Heather being a surprisingly big piece of shit.
God I must’ve cried a thousand times to see these kids being great so poorly. Not even an ADULT deserves to get treated like that. My heart goes off to especially Cody and all of the kids. Bless these kids and hopefully the rest of their kids get taken away from them because no kid deserves to get treated that way. BLESS THESE KIDS❤
I used to watch this family when i was younger not knowing what was actually happening but now looking back on it was pure emotional abuse and abuse itself, it boils my blood watch the parents scream at cody or any of them, it was so comforting watching that woman hug cody, she is more comforting and nurturing than his actual parents their self.
imo, the best parenting technique is to never, ever shout at your kids until they are at least old enough to understand reason and have done something really bad. personally, i was never shouted at as a kid, and now less discipline has the same effect as shouting would for my peers. it also means i have a better understanding of why i get in trouble, and therefore am less likely to repeat my actions. ultimately, it makes discipline 10x easier for parents in the long run. i am more effected by the knowledge that i have disappointed someone than being yelled at.
I've gone through a similar experience. My mom's ex when she was still around would scream and verbally abuse me to the point I considered suicide constantly. I went to a therapist to try to ease the stress, but it got worse when even the counselor would scream at me. The whole time I wouldn't attempt to fight back, or else I would get in serious trouble. This went on for around 7 years until she was kicked out. To this day I still have trauma about it. It has scared me to the point where I'm afraid to even talk to my closest family and friends. And yet she still wants to talk to me and act like nothing happened.
Your child says stop, you're hurting, and you carry on, laughing. Their beds dont even have sheets on. The child injures himself, there's no emotional support. No cuddles no tender speech. Hollering at kids making their little hearts race to the point of hysteria and laughing at seeing what they've done. The cycle of abuse is evident in that oldest boy. Imagine being born to parents who WILL you to have emotional problems, who force you to mistrust them. What did they possibly think this would achieve? Disgraceful human beings.
The parents are not just using the kids to get money they clearly have genuine feelings towards them. For example they genuenly hate Cody. So they are not just exploiting them they also hate them(or at least Cody)
it honestly hurt so bad seeing cody’s face when his father was telling at him about the DS, cody wasn’t guilty he was terrified, his face was pale and he looked like he was trying to hold back tears
I feel so sad This little boy, it’s so cruel to see how he gets abused every time. I wanna help him so bad. God damn I almost cried. It’s hard how to see how horrible people can be
There are this very few, tiny moments when Mike actually seems like a good father, a real parent... And then that woman opens her toxic as fuck mouth. That woman is pure evil, she angers me beyond comprehension!
He’s just "sorry" because he lost his kids and he doesn’t have anymore money so he has to spend his last money buying dolls so he can hit the dolls. As you can see when he said goodmorning to everyone he hit only cody. I feel so bad for emma and cody
If this father’s network got a theatrical movie, it might as well an NC-17 rating, a 0% on rotten tomatoes and a lower rating than the Annoying Orange Tv show.
Been two years... Hadn't known this channel existed or that poor family. The parents and eldest brother are horrible people. And I feel so bad for Cody because I was once in his shoes. I hope he gets all the love he deserves
I hate to say it but I couldn’t help but laugh at Emma. It was amazing watching that little girl stand up to her bitch of a mother. When Jake kept pulling the chair away from Cody, and he hit his head I nearly cried. That poor boy, he deserves so much better.
I hope Cody and Emma will live with that lady in the park. She was caring, loving, and better than their "Dad." Technically most of the people here are better than him, tbh.

Drue O'Neal we need some police and child services on this family
Forget super nanny, we need a therapist
We need all of the super nanny we can get for them
Did that woman just call her kid "ginger"?
ilikecats it was her son calling her step daughter ginger. She probably sics her own kids against her step kids all the time
Its like calling someone with a low IQ a dumb***. Yes, its true, but the way you said it is horrible.
It's a slur used against redheads and Irish people.
the descripton shouldnt say rest in peace daddyofive it shold of said rest in hell daddyofive
THAT THUMBNAIL THOUGH
Yeah!
kid: literally bleeding in the floor and dying slowly

Holy shit everyone, he’s a fucking genius, he is Einstein someone give him a fucking scholarship!
4:32 her eyebrows are gonna fly away
God bless the woman helping Cody
7:30 Emma’s is so wholesome
"God that boy gets on my nerves"
I cant imagine how they feel about you 😠
I swear this father is the reason why I hate confrontations.
13:53 that expression brakes my heart look at his eyes😭
He’s shut down 😢
This is why we have school shooters
I can’t bear to watch this
Me neither, at all!
I cry everytime
The amount of sympathy I have for the human race as a whole is next none at this point, the rest is for animals, they get 99.99% of my sympathy
5:28 honestly started kind of heartwarming, with Mike telling Cody not to worry about what others think. This is, of course, quickly ruined by Heather being a surprisingly big piece of shit.
13:13 this clip alone is enough evidence
Kid: *breaks a leg*
Dad and mom: you'll be fine, come on. *laughs*
“All kids deserve parents but not all parents deserve kids”
What's the difference between Hitler and Dad O five's channel?
One has been dead longer than the other....
Sadly
They're both worse

God I must’ve cried a thousand times to see these kids being great so poorly. Not even an ADULT deserves to get treated like that. My heart goes off to especially Cody and all of the kids. Bless these kids and hopefully the rest of their kids get taken away from them because no kid deserves to get treated that way. BLESS THESE KIDS❤
God bless that sweet woman for comforting Cody.
thumbnail art by shadman ur welcome ;)))
Of course it's by Shadman
Ew Romanian
I used to watch this family when i was younger not knowing what was actually happening but now looking back on it was pure emotional abuse and abuse itself, it boils my blood watch the parents scream at cody or any of them, it was so comforting watching that woman hug cody, she is more comforting and nurturing than his actual parents their self.
1 like=1 prayer for Cody
When he is saying good morning to the kids you can definitely see the malicious intent on cody
imo, the best parenting technique is to never, ever shout at your kids until they are at least old enough to understand reason and have done something really bad. personally, i was never shouted at as a kid, and now less discipline has the same effect as shouting would for my peers. it also means i have a better understanding of why i get in trouble, and therefore am less likely to repeat my actions. ultimately, it makes discipline 10x easier for parents in the long run. i am more effected by the knowledge that i have disappointed someone than being yelled at.
The fact that he get pretty scared when he says he's going to hurt him can also apply that he might be physically hurting him off camera..
13:20 Damn, that Jake has got some freakishly long toes.
😂😂😂😂😂
God damn

10:59 but he's literally cleaning it he's got the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed but this dad doesn't understand that it takes time to clean
Cody is going to grow to be one hell of a person and we need to support him
The parents are not just using the kids to get money they clearly have genuine feelings towards them.
God I thought Meg Griffin of _Family Guy_ had it rough.
Is that the dad who got famous from destroying the kids’ electronics
I feel so sad This little boy, it’s so cruel to see how he gets abused every time. I wanna help him so bad. God damn I almost cried. It’s hard how to see how horrible people can be
Cody? The one with glasses? I do feel really bad him tho , I think he gets picked on too much
There are this very few, tiny moments when Mike actually seems like a good father, a real parent...
The sick part is they actually had people subscribed to them. And the fact they got sent fan mail is just sick. Whoever sent that is a cruel person.
If this father’s network got a theatrical movie, it might as well an NC-17 rating, a 0% on rotten tomatoes and a lower rating than the Annoying Orange Tv show.
Dude waving a camera in there face just makes everything 10 times worse
4:11 Cody you just sinned
Daddyofive looks like he's reading off of a script in the apology lmfao
Been two years... Hadn't known this channel existed or that poor family. The parents and eldest brother are horrible people. And I feel so bad for Cody because I was once in his shoes. I hope he gets all the love he deserves
I hate to say it but I couldn’t help but laugh at Emma. It was amazing watching that little girl stand up to her bitch of a mother.
When Jake kept pulling the chair away from Cody, and he hit his head I nearly cried. That poor boy, he deserves so much better.
The dad saying “It’s just a prank, bruh!” is his version of “I dodged it with my forcefield.”
Forgets the apologie part of the apologie video
I hope Cody and Emma will live with that lady in the park. She was caring, loving, and better than their "Dad." Technically most of the people here are better than him, tbh.
That lady was their dad's sister. However, Cody and Emma are living with their biological mother for now, after their dad and stepmom lost custody.
Heartbreaking. No child deserves to be treated like that. I wish I could scoop Cody up and give him a big hug.
If you're gonna treat your children like this, just put them into adoption
Random woman: *checks to see if cody is alright, is more motherly than his own step-mother*
His step-mom: *shit talks cody, gets his siblings to abuse him, helps her husband abuse him, goes into his room to throw away what she feels needs to be thrown away without codys' say on what he uses, threatened to beat him down because he was panicking at having to leave the house because they didn't want him (as a "prank")*
