atleast clerks ki salary bdhni chahie jis hisab se unse kaam lia ja ra hai.. itni bdhi branch me mostly sirf 2 clerks hote hai unme se b agar ek chutti pe ho toh vaat lagi hoti hai dusre clerk ki toh i guess clerks ki salary for sure bdhni chahie jiss hisaab se kaam krte hai voh..
Bhai bus officer union hi bolti ha clerk union soyi rehti ha unko kuvh ni dikhta ha jitni officer ki basic salary hoti ha utni clerk ki gross salary bnti ha
On 15 .arch and on 17march oir branch was compelled to work till 10 pm forr ac opening and mobile banking. No uninion exist .union are useless and impotent. Hizra union
Yeh letter me kuchh dam nahi hai.Thid letter is only to divert attention from pension updation issue and to show tat AIBEA is doing something for bankers.This situation is arised only due to the union.
Central govt should not give Saturday as holidays for bank employees.It appears that all nationalised banks customer services have been reduced completely and even they are refused to update passbook entries as they say connectivity problem, lack of manpower,passbook printer is not working,ask customers to get the passbook in the nearby branches,completer shutdown of power.They should work at least for 16 hours like in the IT sector.Finally I say that there is practically no customer service in all nationalised banks particularly at all Indian Bank Saligramam branch(Chennai)

Every clerk has to ensure not to stay branch beyond working hours without over time
