I don't know why Black Panther was the only character that got his theme transferred into Infinity War, but at least here the score is very reminiscent of what we heard back in the Doctor Strange movie.
1:40! Superb sequence
Those violins at the beginning really get me. Strange being forced to give up the Time Stone so that Tony, Peter, Quill, Drax, Nebula, and Mantis can live. Even though he swore to protect it at all costs. But what really hits me is that it gives you a feeling of hopelessness. Thanos is winning, and now nobody can stop him.
He gave it up because it was the only way that they could all win in the end (Avengers 4)
He only gave it up because in the only future he saw them winning, he had to do that...
he gave up for Tony and Tony survived

Such a sad moment. Reminds me of the force theme in star wars when Strange was making the time stone float to Thanos.
