Touch the screen with two fingers and pull in opposite direction, you should see your screen widen then.

I love Sara but I dislike the wsy you are filming it. Is there a reason you film it this way. I have complained about this before but no one ever answers
Not sure what you’re watching on but if it’s a tablet you can watch it full screen and then turn the tablet into portrait mode and it covers the entire screen.
