Following the spirit of the books you suggested, Im blowing my mind with the book of Marshal Rosenberg about Non Violent Communication. Before, i though this book was about a technique to talk with other people, but now i know its about stabilishing a real connection with ourselves and to others. How to avoid creating a life that exclude ourselves due to an alienation from our needs. The communication technique is just a consequence of two whole humans talking with each other searching for a real connection. (sorry for any mistakes in my english. I've created three of these groups with some friends, and because of the members, each group experiences the book in a unique way, making the experience and journey enriching. It's not just about the words themselves; after all, it's about human communication and connection. So, it's helpful to read about it while connecting and communicating. 😊
