    One of the greatest distinctive melodic voices. Two tones . Almost like he's doing his own back up !Sweet James!

    Even not in his prime still the masterful performer. What a legend.and supporter of the faulous Carole King.

    Hate to say it and point it out, but apparently a bit of audio shennanigans going on with that performance. I don't think he's lip synching, yet if you look closely there are parts where it doesn't look like his lips are in exact synch with the words he is singing. Even more noticeable are his fingers on his guitar, at the fretboard and at the strings both. As a guitarist, it doesn't look to me what he is playing is what we are hearing during the performance. Also, that is obviously a six-string acoustic guitar, yet you can clearly hear an acoustic 12-string during the performance (same as in the recorded version), yet no one in the band appears to be playing one. ? 😕

      I disagree. He's singing to and for Carole with all the soul he can pour into it. It's a great interpretation of a song filled with so much meaning.
