Thanks sooo much for this!!! Helps me to feel a bit normal!! And I’m in a 94 year old, “renovated in the 90’s house”!! ❤❤

We all have days like this. Thanks for sharing. I hope the massage helped. I’m about to go for a walk in the sunshine, (no dog, no kids) for my mental well-being.

I still wash by hand and have never owned or used a dryer. Just our clothing gets a lot cleaner. I boil cleaning cloths.

Hi Kristy - such a relatable video. I can't stand mess in my house either, makes my head hurt. The thankless, invisible, never ending task of the laundry that so often falls on the woman to do. I get it, same boat. While the task itself isn't "hard", it's just another item on the mental load that us mums are responsible for, along with the majority of the other jobs around the house, kids' schedules, pets etc. Ask yourself, if you had dirty washing and went to put it in the basket and it wasn't there, would you just dumped it on the floor? Or would you go and find the basket and put it in? It's a small thing but they add up. Hope the overwhelm passes and you feel confident in these big decisions you need to make. All the best. 😊

Oh sweetheart your definitely not alone in your feelings because I'm a single mum of two boys 11 and 13 and somedays I just feel the same way I'm always going and feel I get no where at the end of the day and having OCD when comes to cleaning and house being tidy. So I'm hearing you and please just remember we are mums and we never get time for ourselves and sometimes it's ok to not have everything done even though we want to.
    Go easy on yourself Lovely.❤
Glad you and your gorgeous family had a nice Easter ours was very quiet.
Sending much love and hugs your way. Xxx
Ps.....I had my cry this morning due to being overwhelmed so it's ok to let it all out from time to time.

My partner also walks out of his clothes and leaves them there on the floor. It drives me crazy 🤯

lol I swear to god our men are overgrown children sometimes . . . "walking out of their clothes and leaving them where they are" is definitely something my kids and partner do! It also feels overwhelming because we very rarely get the support (aka putting your own clothes in the basket or in the laundry if the basket is missing) Also no shade to Lucas, I don't know of a man who doesn't do this . . .
