HI! 👋 SHIN 😊 I Was So Happy To Finally Meet You! This is My Favorite Koren Chinese Restaurant in Town! I Can’t Wait Your Next Korean Food Tour in Vegas! 😁😁😁 Everything Looks So Yummy! Shin! 🤤
VWS: What a gem of a restaurant. Brought back great memories when I dated ( almost married but had a bad temperature so no go lol) a Korean woman. Her mother used to give Me kimchi she made in the backyard. I really appreciated it when you said " I am an American " because far too many people here in the United States believe that if you are not a certain color then you cannot be American. I realize you were not attempting to be controversial ( I apologize if it makes you feel awkward) but I always stand up for my fellow Asians. Anywho the food looked fabulous and I'd love to visit one day. Peace ✌️ ☮️ see you Saturday. BTW the price was extremely reasonable. That feast could have fed 10 people !!!
I really liked this one. So many great memories of my childhood making this video. Good food, decent prices. I hope many people get to try this place. Thanks for watching Al! See you Saturday!
Hi Shin! Another wonderful review. The food looked amazing. Thanks for introducing us to this place. The restaurant looked very nice and clean as well. Would definitely try this one out. I’m glad some of the dishes reminded you of your childhood, that’s always comforting. Have a great week and see you on Saturday. 😀
So many of my favorites you have there and they look so good! Nice presentation on these dishes! Thank you, Shin for another wonderful review! Have a great rest of your week ❤
Aloha Shin! What a remarkable cuisine! So many dishes I would seriously want to try. Your knowledge and honesty are truly appreciated. Big words and big bites! Mahalo!
I was very happy to be invited though I was planning to do this restaurant anyways. Not a lot of Korean Chinese restaurants in town and I really wanted to make sure I showcased it. Thanks for watching Lucia!
Everything looked so delicious. How nice to get invited, especially to the foods you like to eat. I grew up in Germany. But been in the states longer than I was living in Germany, but the nostalgia for food I grew up with has always been there. I have tried some of the dishes you had, but have to say those looked so much better from what my local Chinese place offers. Looking forward to your next video.
Nostalgia for the foods of your childhood just hit different. I'm sure there are some German dishes that would really bring it home for you. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching!
Ooooh I want to try this type of food so badly, especially jajangmyeon. The food here looked so nice and flavourful. Very lovely and honest review, Shin :D Have a great week!
Yes! I really liked it here. Good food, pretty restaurant and nice staff. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you can try something similar soon! Thanks for watching!
Growing up, my family only could afford the cheaper noodle dishes and entree was a rare treat. I wish you could've ordered the yang jang pi and show something truly unique for the audience. Thanks for the video!
Wow! Now we’re talking Shin! This is some of my favorite kinds of food. I love Korean Chinese cuisine and that all looked amazing. This is definitely going on my list of restaurants off the strip to try when in town. See you Saturday!
I appreciate your disclosing that the restaurant invited you to eat there gratis. That's an ethical obligation reviewers and influencers too often violate.
No problem. What's funny is I thought most people just assumed I got everything for free which is why I'm such a stickler for showing my bill at the end of each video. Thanks for watching!
Very nice looking meals at YuXiang, Shin! My favorites to order would be Mabo Rice, Black Bean Noodles, Mongolian Beef, Beef Fried Rice. The Sweet N Sour Pork might be made with the Chinese Pickled Sauce which is what my Mom used to make. The SNS pork needed a more crispy batter like KFC batter. They could replace the Sweet Buns with Green Tea or Red Bean Ice Cream. I never ate the black bean noodles, but I remember it prominent in K-Dramas and Return of Superman. The little Song Triplets loved to eat the black bean noodles. Someday I will go to Koreatown Los Angeles to eat K-Food. It's just eight miles from home base.
Oh yeah, black bean noodles make a appearances on Korean TV about as much as pizza does in American programming lol. Such an iconic dish. Thanks for watching!
Korean/Chinese jja jjang myun, also one of my favorite dishes/comfort food. My experience has been that as long as it's done right, it's really good, and all pretty similar to each other, without one ever really standing out. Have I missed out? Is there a particularly good one that you've had, that you can recommend? Thanks, great vids!
This is the only one I've tried so far in Las Vegas and it meets the bar. I only know of 2 other restaurants that even serve it and I haven't been to either yet. I'll have to set some time aside to try them when I can. Thanks for watching!
Every time I go to Vegas I stop by here. They have a better 짬뽕, spicy seafood noodle soup, than any other Chinese Korean restauranst in LA and all other dishes are solid.

Finally home cooked korean/chinese food. Just looking at it you can tell they care more about the taste/texture than the appearance. Some of the food had me drooling. Those korean wings, dan dan mian, and honey walnut shrimp looked yums. I bet even that mapo tofu was better here than that $40 version at that over priced place. Real food.
Hello Shin! Many times, I come here and try to be a smart ass in my comments. I want to applaud you for this video. Many of us are afraid to break out of our comfort zones when it comes to our daily lives and when you feature different cultures and their cuisine, it's a great way for someone to introduce themselves to something new and go try for themselves. One of the biggest positive factors to living here in Las Vegas is people bring their culture and food from all over the world and we, the local's benefit. Just make sure to get all the family recipes handed down to you. Way too many of them go with the deceased and are lost forever. GREAT VIDEO!
We only live once. New experiences and learning make life worth living. And I do love how many different cultures have brought their cuisines to Las Vegas. Try to keep the smart ass comments to a minimum. I value a friendly community more than I do views and subs and I'm quick to ban anyone who disrupts this foodie space. Thanks for watching!
This mapo made me realize that the place I go to for mapo with peas must also be Korean Chinese. I also love their jjampong. Do a full on Korean review with my favorite bibim naeng myun cold noodles.
Thanks Shin! You got the mopo tofu and this time it was spicy🎉 usually when I get it, it’s on the vegetarian menu but yours had pork In it- is that normal for the Korean infusion?
I do believe whenever I've had it in Korean Chinese places it's come with pork but more mainland Chinese restaurants I believe it does lean more vegetarian. Thanks for watching!
I just wrote my comment before watching the dessert. Fried chinese bun with condensed milk is very authentic Chinese. Only the added chocolate I don't it is. I would love to try it because it's a very good dessert that I had in China
Beautiful interior and delicious looking food...thx for sharing this educational video for us...now I understand why they use certain words to describe their korean dishes even though it's similar to the way the chinese call it 😉👍...glad you enjoyed your meal...my fav dish out of everything was the walnut shrimp 😂😂😂...have a great week til Sat. ❤😊
My favorite Korean-Chinese restaurant dish is called "Gangpong Chicken" (乾烹雞, 'Kkanpunggi'), bone-in dark meat chicken deep fried and then tossed with aromatics and a tangy sweet spicy sauce. Very few restaurants have it, even here in Los Angeles. It's better than any 'KFC' and totally addictive eaten with white rice.
I just got back from my Vegas trip! Daeho had delicious kalbijjim and cold noodle soup. Of course I didn’t leave with town without getting my Palace Station Oyster Bar and Shang Noodle fix. Rock N Potato was overhyped and All’Antico Vinaio was awesome! Can’t wait to come back to Vegas!
