  • Dodge Challenger "Demon 170" dealership markup is massive! The MSRP for the Demon 170 is $96,000 plus taxes/dealership fees. Many of the dealerships are marking them up to increase their profit by $50 or $100k on top of sticker price. Right now you're seeing Dodges final last call model "Demon 170" being priced between $150-$200,000!!!
What do you think of these Dealership markups on the Dodge Last Call models?! Is it worth the price?

It’s the new normal and I expected it. Stellantis actually encouraged their dealers to use ADM.
I suppose it’s a consolation, for the fact that they are not going to be “musclecars” offered by them until again until Q4 2024. Notice I have air quotes around the words musclecar 😂

Everyone saw how the 2018 demon skyrocketed in price and basically doubled its value in four years….. including the dealers. IMOThis was an opportunistic move by the manufacture and dealers to make you pay if you want to play.

FCA and now Stellantis have been shafting their customers for years. Look at how much extra you have to pay just to get a limited slip differential on an R/T or 6 cylinder Charger or Challenger. You have to pay to have your PCM unlocked. FCA voided warrantees for installing mods such as cold air intakes that don't affect performance. LSDs are standard equipment on the lowest Camaro and Mustang trims. You don't have to pay to have your PCM unlocked either. Now people are dismayed at the markup of Demon 170s. Customers get screwed and the response from many is essentially, "It's either Mopar or no car."

I just hate that there's nothing special on any of them anymore. As in that 392 badge inside under the ac vent. That should be something that's held for hellcat or higher trim. But not you could probly get a gt with a gr badge there lol. Nothing makes any model different from the others besides the power train basically. Where as before you could easily tell each model by specific aesthetics. Now you can probly get a sxt or gt that's more luxurious than a hellcat. I understand that's kind of nice for people who can't afford or don't want the higher end models but it just annoys me personally. A fully optioned 392 shouldn't be more nice than a base model hellcat in my opinion. And same for the rest. People also need to stop buying so the prices can come down
