Damn, this guy needs to apply for a concept designer job at ILM. This looks totally original while completely nailing the Star Wars aesthetic. Truly his best work so far.
I use guitar string a lot in model car builds. You can pull the outer coil on thicker ones and make perfect small springs and make great looking braided hoses as well.
I remember when I was a kid... I loved little houses and little things. I used to try to do something with the garbage and popsicle sticks I found on the street. I've been watching these videos for a year. I think now I know what I need to do in my life. You have been my inspiration.
I came for the art and humor, and stayed for your genuine heart. Love the video’s and watch every week. This video is now 2 years old and shows how much you have grown while staying yourself! Never lose it ❤❤
@@jeremybauchet6845 Yes it is a joke to me. They are trying so hard to achieve it so hard, that it's literally falling apart. Shows, how they just don't understand it
Very great concept for jawa's having a ship, an also for them not having a same ship due to the fact that their builds are limited to the scrap they find,, dude well done to you because this is brilliant I love it
Maybe my favourite thing you've made yet! I'm not a huge Star Wars fan but love the aesthetic and model-making potential tied up in the franchise, so speculative fiction like this not only side-steps the need to understand any of the lore, but also showcases your raw talent and vision in a way that feels even more fun to watch than straight replication of scenes/ships etc. (though that obviously showcases another kind of talent). Nice work! More like this please!
What you've made here looks like it come straight out of the 90's Star Wars revival. Feels both grounded in the design aesthetic of Star Wars and drawn from the lineage of kitbashed props for the movies. Immaculate work, man. Would be cool to see this as part of a whole Tim's Outpost diorama one day. Rock on, man.
My $.02... the top fin is a sensor array to find discarded technology in the desert. It can sense power sources, different metals, possibly alloys or materials we aren't aware of on our planet. Thanks for sharing!
Fantastic design and build! You absolutely nailed the idea of what a Jawa ship might look like. In fact, if a future official SW show doesn’t bear a striking similarity to your aesthetic, I’ll be disappointed.
Pretty cool Kitbashing, it's always fun to start something with a general idea and see where the parts and inspiration lead the build. turned out great.
I absolutely loved seeing the sketch and the final prop, it made for a fun transition at the end. This looks stellar! I love that you always think of a story and background for the builds, it pleases my little writer heart, they’re always so charming too.
The sail on top is the exact kind of detail that makes something have the OT design feel in my mind. At first glance, I don't like it, however, without it it just isn't the same. This is so inspiring, and now I'm thinking I might try something similar 🤔
Hello. Before subscribing to your channel I have been watching some of your videos and they have seemed very creative. It has caught my attention how, from loose pieces with no relationship between them, you make your own creations and when you can't find the ones you need, you make them yourself. I think this aspect gives your channel a differentiating value. That is the reason why I think it is worth subscribing to it. I want to encourage you to continue with it because I think you have special abilities that will allow you to contribute much more. Courage and go ahead with the channel.
this is easily one of my favorite builds i have seen you do.. Very creative and I really hope that you upscale your original builds, I would love to see how detailed you can get. Fantastic work Sir.
Suggestion, heat a q tip and pull it and then trim the pointed end add it to the end of the glue bottle..works for me it gives me distance so my hand don't get in my way... Really love all you do, bravo sir.
Freaking awesome! Super creative as usual. Loved the backstory of the engines... I think that having a backstory for what you build is just as important as the build itself. Saw some cool new techniques as well, particularly using the tiny sponge with the tweezers. And I can't even take the Testors cement bottle, I have to squeeze it like 5,000 times to get a drop to come out. Incredible paint job too!
The star wars / Sci fi universe is not my metier but never the less your work is very inspiring. I would say that's the great fact of scale modeling... It's not important what you going to build - it's more important how... So thank you for your videos. I've seen a lot of your work!! Great... Keep on going!
this is so well done that half way through watching I had already accepted it as being canon and was convinced that I had already seen it on Tatooine before
Well....thanks for that! Flying scrap merchants with a suction tube - I can never leave my droids outdoors, unattended ever again! Sweet little build tho' - cheers.
Good Morning...Liking the upload...nice concept, does have lots of jazz inspiration but also reminds me of Anakin's ship in the Clone Wars . Look forward to next weeks build. Cheers!
I’ve started using the frase “and I call that good 👍” both at work and at home…I wonder why…Anywho…Amazing build man!! I love your really casual commenting! Keep up the good work! 👍
I would love to see you do a "One Day Build" with Adam savage on Tested. Also, a video of your workshop and all of your dioramas that you've completed or still in progress! I look forward to all of the content you put out!
This is crazy good. You should consider making Vader’s meditation chamber, I think it would make a great diorama
Great idea
This is a great idea
Great idea
And after that, Vader castle!
Ok 9o

When running out of existing Star Wars scenes to rebuild, just imagine whole new ones!
or go in another era of Star Wars, thousands of years ago or centuries in the future...
@@Craftlngo the class ship for the SW:TOR MMO has some great designs.

Especially the Phantom of the imperial Agent. Such an elegant ship!
So so good, love the design!
Hi studson!
Well hello sir!
I'm actually really impressed that you didn't go completely off base from what you drew, LOL. Great build, thanks Boylei!
Very nice scratch build with lots of details. I also really liked the quitar string idea 👍.
Thank you! I wish the guitar string idea was mine!

looks like a spice smuggler would use that, pretty cool!
I love the little stories you come up with for your builds and the "people" in them.
Funnily enough I thought "Jawas" the moment I got a good look at the ship. Nice one!
Same here. As soon as I saw the line drawing I thought Jawas
Wonderful as always, not only the quality and paint but the history behind it. 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love how in-world this feels.
I love kitbashing, it's my favorite thing about model making.
Great build. Really has that worn out, industrial look that modern SW lacks.

You have great scratch building skills keep it up!
I like it! Yes . That is exactly what a Jawa ship would look like. Nice skills.
That is so awesome, it makes me wish for a detailed cockpit interior and/or window panels.

Absolutely brilliant imagination. Lucas films will be knocking on your door soon. Look forward to next epic build.
Would totally love to see you do more of this kind of stuff! This was wonderful!
This is gorgeous! I love how lore friendly it looks as well, this is pretty much exactly how I'd imagine a Jawa ship to look.

Heck yeah! This is amazing!
I’d love to see this in the Starwars Universe 😍
They should hire you to do ships for the Mandolorian!
That platform is at Tosche Station, where they sell power converters and droids with bad motivators.
Fantastic design and build! You absolutely nailed the idea of what a Jawa ship might look like. In fact, if a future official SW show doesn’t bear a striking similarity to your aesthetic, I’ll be disappointed.
Great job designing the ship, my thoughts went directly to sand-crawler before you mentioned it in the video.
Pretty cool Kitbashing, it's always fun to start something with a general idea and see where the parts and inspiration lead the build. turned out great.
omg, here we have gone to the next level: creating the ship from scratch, just wow too much talent! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Love it, especially that you gave it a story too. Brilliant as ever!
Would love more Star Wars concept ships! Fantastic job. Hey from Colorado!
Excellent work! Loved seeing you go from concept to the final model. Great scratch building and painting.
Awesome build! I would love for this ship to become canon. The backstory of the Javas having ships built out of old parts makes so perfect sense.
You dialed that Star Wars aesthetic on this one. Very cool build!
This build brought me so much joy while watching. Amazing job!
I feel like I can *hear* this ship flying. I love this!
This is quite brilliant. No one has ever though of Jawas having a space ship, but since they are on different planets, they have to travel somehow.
