Listening to this over and over, many things said, I absolutely relate to. Since childhood,same thing, aunt died when i was 11 and so i have feared death since. I’m now 54, still same but worse as you age death becomes closer. Never got help. But in addition, I suffer crippling anxiety., usually situational anxiety until situation resolves. But this situation isn’t changing, so neither is my anxiety. Can’t get a grip on it.
