Me who has never even used an espresso machine: Ah yes, adjust wand position to achieve more aggressive roll For real though, this video was fascinating. Thanks Charlie, really well put together! ✌️
Lovely. I wish Emilee could diagnose my latte art struggles with Oatly. 😅 I feel like having someone observing one’s pours and calming one down is such a great deal to improve latte art.
@@homecafecharlie As an ex-Silvia Pro owner, would you recommend to change the steam tip? I currently have the european model that came with 3 holes but it feels like I could need more power as I don’t get a deep vortex in my medium sized jug. I drink Oatly exclusively and can’t get rid of the small bubbles whatever I try.
It's a little easier if you do a smaller ratio of shot. 1:1 or 1:1.5 is thicker and gives a nicer canvas. Depends on the cup you use for.milk but typically a 300ml latte will be about 200ml of cold milk on top of the espresso, as when it is aerated it has more volume
@@homecafecharlie Ive been watching your video several times to get started, as well as Emilee's and others, this really came out at the right moment. I'm still struggling, but there are tips in this video that I believe will help me. Heck, I wish I can make your mistakes lol cheers!
I love that girl, she makes great content and has great voice.
She's great!
This was such a good edit and you listened!! ❤❤❤
Also can’t wait for our free pour battle.
I can't wait for people to see your glorious Peggy 😁
let the battles begin!
❤❤❤❤
Disappointed though that no scumbags were named in this video
How can I get training from you?
She is definitely awesome latte artist 🧑🎨
The best! And she is exactly the same in person and on camera
Thanks for watching everyone, and thanks Emilee for all the lessons 😎

Partly is a little harder but still achievable!

I wish they had the camera on the cup as she was talking about how to correct..Im an at home newby visual learner just looking to wow my family 🙂
How many grams of coffee do you use? Do you need 18-20g minimum to have better art? Also how much cold milk do you need to have enough milk?

I'm jealous. Would love some guidance from the scum master :D thanks for the video. Very helpful
Hehe it was the fastest improvement I've ever seen in my latte art 😍

Any idea why ben's latte age without bubbles everywere like the other ?
Temperature! He stops steaming as soon as the milk is incorporated. Would not be hot enough to serve 🤣
Only way is to move in with her and maybe in a month I’ll get it
:(
Sounds like my bedroom…
Is that where your espresso setup is? 😎
I suck at it
