Walk to the edge of the board.
Tap backwards once.
Walk two steps back.
Then Dive.
This will allow Lara to hit the centre of the bottom pool 😀

In TR2 if you dive from really high and mash the (o) button she will front flip
your first opportunity to try this is on the first level.

You don't even have to mash the circle button. Just tap it once during the dive and Lara will start flipping.
