I have had the center and corner guards on for the last few months and I feel more confident in tackling more difficult trails knowing my bumper is protect. I went to some sand dunes in Mexico a few weeks back and people were telling me to prepare for a ripper rear bumper but the guards held up!
I will strongly suggest for good of others trail users to not use in the future screws to fix plastic bits when they fall off. This screws while you drive in trail can fall off unscrew do to vibration etc and some one can get very nasty surprise when get flat tire. Use in future zip ties no harm to others road users. :) I hope you have use on all that bolts thread locker?
Brad, one question, how did you get the *first* clip popped out on the rear fender flares? You show how to pop out the third clip, but otherwise the flares are shown already hanging off with all clips already unattached. The first clip looks different. So what's the trick to get that very first one popped off?
Ah, never mind. I see the secret now. The reason your first one looks different than the other is because it broke...as did mine. So, lesson learned: pull as hard as you can and then try not to fall over backwards when it finally pops free. Got it! :-D
Just got the rear guard and instructions say to torque to OEM specs. Can you tell me what you torqued to? Many thanks and Merry Christmas to you and your family. Hope we can meet up with you this coming year.
@@ProdigalOverland sounds good. Let me know when your back in Arizona and California for a meet up. My wife and I are in our 70s and not ready to give up. Merry Christmas.
I'll post some up on our instagram. Back story on the corner guards was that the kit I received had two of the same exhaust brackets. So I was only able to do the passenger side. I have to wait for the correct bracket to do the driver side.

abazdarhon a sage advice!
The screws are off now. Very temporary. But good looking out.
Waiting to see here (and hear!) how they perform! Good job.
Thanks!
You're welcome
Great content! I love the look of the guard to be honest!

Didn't see a good view of it after the install :(
Yes. Good install vid, just wanted to see a good final shot of everything back together. Perhaps some walk around shots and some detail.

@@ProdigalOverland oh no! Are they coming from Australia? My Chief rock rails were shipped from Australia but they were pretty quick.
