sudgestion on raylay...first of all they should buff raylays dmg AND add new skill...the skill should be a buff(Not like the physical or magic buff) dmg buff or rng buff or stun abilty(butn its not neccesary since raylay already stun)...since he trained luffy for long and one of the strong observasion and haki user...
