I don't know about The Sims 3 (never owned it), but in The Sims 2 you could designate a lot as an apartment and have multiple families living on that lot, each in their own home, and occasionally interacting and such. It's a terrible shame that The Sims 4 didn't retain that feature, because THIS build would be PERFECT for it. It's simply amazing. It's just sad that you can't play it in the way it was obviously meant to be played. Come on, EA! Give us some REAL apartment lots!
thought the same thing but atm they can't even fix that issue of complete strangers coming to your house and making themselves at home. A S2 style apartment lot would end a cesspool of squatters.

Beautiful, peaceful looking beautiful build. Soothing and positive music. I love it all. I especially love all the little details.

If you have university pack. You can call other sims to live in your lot as roommates. Use in game computer to do that
