I really appreciate your presentations of these developments, much more informative than others I've seen. We are happy with our current unit but if we ever decide it's time for a change I think you would be the perfect agent to help us.
Take it from an architect, the floor plans are NOT user friendly. I sure would have designed the floor plan layouts to reflect a much better traffic flow and better use of the sq. meters.
Kmusta Alex , Nice presentation but you had 3:45 focus on surroundings of Avida & 4:15 on Avida Towers . I think only 1 minute would have been sufficient for brief info of surroundings & over 7 mins for info for Avida Towers . I stopped watching after 2mins & watched other more detailed vlogs of Avida Towers showing rooms & amenities etc . Salamat 😊
Hi! Thanks for the feedback. The video will depend on whether our team was able to get our own brolls of the project. If we have our own footage, we can make more extensive videos. If not, we usually depend on the marketing videos given by the developer which arent as extensive.

Hi. We have condo units that have an open floor plan so you can more freedom to design your own layout.
