In small packs, when a dog humps another dog, it's to show they're weaker than him, and he shows he's kind of like the alpha. Your little doggy will behave super badly if you continue letting him do this. If he does it again, you can just put a palm on his back and push the little fella down on the ground, to show you're the alpha. I hope it helps, and your dogs are super cuuuute
